We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this website is used — pages viewed, approximate region and device type. This information is not tied to your identity.

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: replying to you with a quote and, if you go ahead, delivering your project.

Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever start a newsletter, you would have to opt in deliberately.

Enquiries that do not turn into projects are deleted within 24 months.

Project records are kept for as long as we host or support your website, plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

This website uses only the cookies required for it to function and for anonymous analytics. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request from the email address you contacted us with and we will action it within 30 days.
