Terms of Service

Each project is quoted as a fixed-price package with a defined page count and feature list. The package you approve is the scope of the work.

Anything outside that scope — extra pages, additional functionality, a second design direction — is quoted separately before it is started. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your approval first.

Free mockup before you commit. 10% to begin, 90% after completion. The 10% is due on acceptance of the quote and the 90% once the website is complete and you have approved it, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

The deposit reserves your build slot and covers design work already performed; it is non-refundable once design has begun.

Indicative timelines are Starter 1–2 weeks, Business 2–3 weeks and Pro 3–5 weeks from receipt of your content and deposit.

The most common cause of delay is waiting on content or feedback. If a project stalls on the client side for more than 60 days we may invoice the work completed to date and reschedule the remainder.

Every package includes a structured review round on the design before development begins.

Further rounds after design approval are billed at our standard rate and quoted before any work starts.

You confirm that any text, images, logos or other material you supply is yours to use, or that you hold the necessary licence for it.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from material you supplied.

On final payment, full ownership of the design, the code, the domain and the content transfers to you.

We reserve the right to show the finished website in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Packages include one year of hosting, a domain and an SSL certificate. After the first year, hosting renews at the then-current flat rate with no lock-in — you may move your website elsewhere at any time.

Support windows cover fixes and small changes. New features are treated as new work.

We build and test carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as rankings, traffic volumes or revenue.

Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
